At Prime Wrist Hub, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
7-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received the wrong item.

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
Please contact us before returning any item.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Used or worn watches.

Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

Products returned without their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it free of charge, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
