At Prime Wrist Hub, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or worn watches.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Products returned without their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it free of charge, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
